Checked in, told them not to throw anything away thinking it's trash because I wasn't done unpacking. Cleaner came in and threw away cardboard boxes with very expensive stuff in them. $1000 loss and five days wasted to produce custom parts she threw away. Hotel refused to compensate. After a week of discussions and trip.com intervention, they gave two extra nights in the room as their idea of compensation. Terrible experience and of course never going back there again.

每次回鄉都入住這家酒店，雖給了好評但也有一些問提，一，熱水幾乎沒有入住比較晚了沒有找，基本上洗了個涼水澡。二，以前的歡迎水果沒有了，訂房時沒有注意可能取消了。

下單時選了迎賓水果，但是入住後沒有；衞生間晚上居然沒有熱水，你敢信？！半夜沒有倒是可以理解，八九點鐘正是洗漱睡覺的時間，衞生間的水冰冰涼涼，真心理解不了！

酒店比較大，衞生也很乾凈，服務態度還是蠻好的，周邊配套有餐飲的，暖氣很足，經常出差還是要找這樣暖氣比較好的

1. 入住在前台辦理了30分鐘，前台業務不熟練。
2.説是有歡迎水果，但實際沒有給
3. 訂的是豪華大床，房型介紹説是5樓，但給的是3樓，是不是給成普通大床了。
就整個不推薦吧。太亂了。就是欺詐了。
