這家電競酒店簡直是我這種網癮少年的天堂！
硬件配置直接拉滿4060ti顯卡+180Hz高刷屏，我玩三角洲，PUBG這種FPS遊戲絲滑到飛起，鍵盤鼠標手感也超讚。
沒想到早餐竟然這麼頂！🍳現煎的雞蛋、意麪十種中西式自助，還有各種水果，通宵完直接吃了睡覺😂
性價比真的絕了，比網吧包夜舒服100倍！已經安利給我所有愛玩遊戲的朋友，下次絕對還來住！🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

我入住24號 早上退房客房員工對講機聲音很大 影響我的睡眠 ，而且退房時間還沒到 沒敲門進來 酒店客房服務培訓不到位 員工執行力不到位 雖然客房道歉了 但我害怕的腿都軟了 最基本的敲門禮儀都沒有 第二天給前台男的反饋 一句解釋道歉都沒有 正常住的酒店 看到服務太差 不想回頭顧客了，雖然過去了幾天 還是心裏過不去

從西極回來本來訂的其他酒店，由於同事訂了這裏，然後我們也就訂了這裏，門口有停車場，但是要收費，酒店的停車場在後麪，房間還算可以，推薦馬路對面有家川菜好吃份量大，新疆幾乎走完了，第一次在新疆遇到沒有早餐的酒店，這些都不是重點，我要來説説服務問題了，隔天走的時候本人洗面奶忘拿了，由於這天是開車一路玩到和田，到和田酒店的時候已經很晚了，洗澡的時候才發現東西遺漏了，然後立馬給酒店打電話了，衹有值班的保安吧，讓我早上再打，於是隔天早上我打去説明情況後，前台回覆我説好的，他們找找給我回電，然後我等了兩個小時沒見回覆，我又打電話問，前台仍然説他們找一下，等下回復我，然後可以看通話記錄，我打了多少次，每次都説找了回覆我，結果壓根就沒有去找，最後一次打去説讓清潔阿姨去看看，我再打的時候告訴我沒有看見，那麼大一衹洗面奶怎麼可能沒看見，就放在洗手池那裡，因為是新的，我嚴重懷疑據為己有了，為什麼呢，因為很貴，客人遺漏的東西，打掃房間的時候難道不應該看見了之後立馬聯繫客人，問是否是遺漏了，是否還需要，而不是客人打無數電話一直敷衍，最後來一句沒看見，最後找了攜程，直接説了我會差評的，攜程也去聯繫酒店，酒店也是敷衍，一衹洗面奶對我來説不是錢的問題，這是態度問題，就算東西找不到，至少應該第一時間處理吧，而不是一直敷衍，本人攜程金鑽會員，住了多少酒店，有過遺漏東西，酒店都是第一時間打電話來詢問了，這還第一次遇到這麼敷衍的，後面攜程打了很多電話來交涉然後賠償，賠了我200，雖然是我自己疏忽導致，但攜程的處理方式就讓客人滿意，第一時間處理，再也不會住這酒店

在烏恰縣這地方能住這種酒店也算滿意了，作為從西極回來的落腳點不錯。不足的是後院停車沒人指揮，過行李的保安在大廳抽煙。望改進！
