首先現在感謝酒店前台，我退房的時候竟然把充電寶拉在房間裏了，然後前台主動打電話告訴我，直接把我的充電寶放在前台直接回酒店，前台，馬上就拿回
房間面積其實挺大的，在這個價格的酒店裡麪真的算很好了，基本的衞生所配備的一次性用品也都很好，衞生間還是乾濕分離的，不過我不得不説的是整個門的門框是壞的，因此我無法在房間裏通過鏈條把房門給鎖上

房間很大，用品也還齊全，沒有空調沒有瓶裝水沒有歺巾紙，衞生還有待提高，老賓館已經過整修但還有不少欠缺。門口停車相當方便。

酒店位置比較方便，但酒店設備陳舊，房間洗手盆下水管漏水，熱水八字閥壞了熱水出不來，房間裏窗户也關不上，看來壞了很長時間，多次永膠帶粘過，旅行體驗非常不好。我們定了兩個房間都有問題。

房間不是一般的差，設施設備老舊，衞生問題特別差，噴頭沒有，吹風機和花傘都是壞的，無法使用，讓前台解決，告訴的是大部分房間都是壞的，無法解決，連洗澡都無法使用！體驗感極差，住了那麼多家温州大酒店，這個是最差的，這樣的酒店攜程網還能給到4分，也真是無語了！

房間大，寬敞明亮。設施齊全，有的老化，能正常使用。面盆龍頭出水慢，洗澡的沒問題，乾濕分離很好。床上用品乾淨整潔，前台服務熱情周到誠懇細心，保安大哥大姐和藹可親平易近人。
花灑立柱鬆動歪斜，螺絲刀弄一下就會好的。（用指甲弄的，能洗澡就行，沒驚動前台。）
馬桶 盆池 再細緻一些。
店鋪前的停車位多，有保安大哥首肯，一定沒問題，隨便放。
店鋪對過 ，過馬路，飯館多多。左側便利店蔬菜店也有。 右側桌球廳。

設施陳舊，櫃子下面都是灰塵，馬桶上很多污垢，客房在四樓，前台做卡做了半天，説是系統有問題，讓保安帶着上樓，保安一臉的不情願，沒有電梯，爬四樓好累……年紀大的慎選
