Great hotel, centraly located, very nice clean rooms, complimentary coffee tea in the room, friendly helpful employees. Only anoying experience is, that the check in procedures takes soo long, compared to other institutions. About 10 Minutes. It has been the second time I have booked this hotel through Trip.com and check-in takes ages. My observation what took so long were following: -Finding my booking in the system, though I have a booking code for both the hotel and Trip.com - Registering your ID/Personal info, where 90% is already provided through the booking procedures on Trip.com - Registering partner guest, asking for their ID, Name, address, etc... In other Hotels/ Guesthouses)Hostels) the ID and Info of thr booking / paying guest is sufficiant - Re-filling your info manually in a hotel policy agreement sheet (3rd time asking for one's information in the process Booking, Check-in Arrival, Hotel Policy rules Agreement) - Getting ask the question if we have booked with or without breakfast. It's written in the booking and cinfirmation note. Any immigration boarder crossing at airports and land entry even during Covid time is faster Please optimize this process for a better guest experience and all is excellent!

I stayed 5 nights. I found the room comfortable, plenty of space, quiet and conveniently located - 10 minutes walk from the railway station, 3 minutes from the nearest schwebebahn (monorail) stop, just on the edge of the city centre shops and cafes. Compared to the UK Premier Inns: I found the rooms a step up from the quality in the UK, more space, better decoration and better sound proofing. In common with most German hotels, the breakfasts are more expensive, but a lot of variety and good quality. And the rooms have kettles!

We arrived at the hotel early and were still able to check in immediately. The rooms look quite new and are functionally furnished. The air conditioning works perfectly. The shower is on the ground floor. The breakfast could have been much better... YES, we'll be back!

The hotel is reasonably centrally located. The room was okay, but the room couldn't be completely darkened. Certainly not very pleasant in the summer months. The shower gel wasn't good; it made my hair feel straw-like. Otherwise, the bathroom only had a soap dispenser. The room was clean and quiet. Parking in the hotel's underground garage is borderline expensive at €13 per day. The most important thing for me is always breakfast. Breakfast costs a whopping €18 per day. Instead of the three stars I would have given the hotel, I'm only giving it one star because of the lousy breakfast. No baker would dare sell such poorly baked rolls!! These small, apparently massively collapsed "rolls" were barely cut with a knife. They looked horrible/unappetizing and didn't taste good. They probably weren't fresh either. Never again.
