I checked into the room last night and found someone else's underwear. The hotel general manager apologized and gave me fruit.
But the check-in experience tonight was very unpleasant. You can only increase the room type and pay more, but cannot reduce the room type and get a refund.

裝修設計還行，但有點舊了，衞生間天花掉灰了。
進電梯要刷卡才能按樓層，也算有點安全保障。

地理位置好，房間乾淨整潔，空間大，酒店細節做的很好，服務意識特別好，每一個服務員都讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，早餐非常贊，味道很棒，原本是一個人出差的，就預訂了大床房，臨時有變動來了一個同事，酒店還免費幫忙升級到雙床房，真的非常靈活，還要特別表揚一下前台的小姐姐，很棒！

真的很滿意，房間很乾凈，隔音也很好
暑假帶孩子來武平涼野山和百家大院玩，來之前本來沒有期待這家酒店，一進酒店大堂就讓人安心舒服的感覺，辦入住時前台小姐姐就告知有洗衣房，烘乾機，晾曬區和健身房可供使用。
這個價格真的很划算是我來龍巖住過最滿意的酒店，一點也不誇張。

衞生不錯，環境不錯，服務不錯，設施也不錯。早上的免費早點也很好，裝修風格和酒店圖片一樣，每天都有人來打掃衞生，牙刷什麼的一日一換，有健身房，洗衣機，各種設備都比較的齊全，能滿足絕大多數住客的需求。
