酒店環境很好，前台特別熱情，辦理入住很快，還免費升級房間！自助早餐的味道很好，品種也很多，有武平特色簸箕粄，豬肉湯，還有現燙的粉面。吃的很飽～3樓還有自助洗衣房，烘乾機！旁邊是碧水公園，空氣清新，早上起來還可以散散步，路口就是汽車站，最滿意的就是酒店還有免費接送車，出去辦事情實在是太方便了，而且房價又很便宜👍性價比超高的一家四星級酒店。出差首選酒店！

受邀來武平參加活動，剛好餐廳樓上就是住宿很方便，餐廳環境和客房環境總體感覺很不錯，有充電樁、洗衣房，洗衣房還有跑步機可以鍛鍊一下，性價比很高

早餐品種很多，氽湯豬肉很好吃，停車場夠大停車方便，房間乾淨衞生，服務員態度很好，設施舊了點，洗澡房的花灑是壞的，洗澡水很小。

真心推薦這家四星酒店，價格非常親民，而且各方面都比之前來的時候提升了很多！大堂敞亮舒適，酒店停車場就有充電樁，車子充電的時候要出行酒店還提供城區內專車免費接送，太方便了！

早餐用餐環境還可以，品種也相對豐富，服務員人也還可以；但是房間相對比較陳舊，有些地方是破損了；停車沒有保安人員引導，導致車輛被堵，耽擱正常出行，影響心情，保安人員態度傲慢包括管理人員，毫無服務意識！

衞生：不建議入住，味道太重了，一股陳年舊味
設施：不建議入住，入住幾次每個房間花曬都是歪的，不能固定
環境：環境一般，隔音太差了，走廊有人經過有人説話，裏面聽的一清二楚。太吵了
服務：服務一般，武平酒店那麼多，好像就衹有你們酒店能住人一樣，拽的跟二百五一樣，服務行業這種服務也是少有的

正月初二初三入住兩晚，初三晚上湯管爆來沒熱水，打前台告知晚上十點來結果十一點半還沒熱水，十一點半對面房間吵鬧聲一直持續打前台告知，服務員來了既然直接説對面投訴你們很吵，無語到家了，你們酒店是來激化矛盾的嗎？
