Yungu Xiangjiju Hot Spring Holiday Hotel

Facilities: Not bad, better than expected Hygiene: Not bad, highly recommended Environment: The entire hotel is by the lake. I stayed in a lake-view suite with a large bed, a living room and a separate bedroom upstairs. It has a good layout and is suitable for a family. Service: The service is very good. Even after calling for a long time, there was no one at the hot spring. There was only a waterproof uncle👨🏻🦱

Just getting up and looking at the lake view, nothing else. The facilities are very old and the price/performance ratio is very low. The hotel's so-called supporting hot springs took a look and did not let the children go. It was too old. There were only two pools open and it felt very unhygienic. The water from the bath in the room is a bit yellowish green, I don't know what the source of the water is. If you take just two steps outside the hotel, you will be tangled in cobwebs. No one cleans them. The frames at both ends of some small bridges are covered with cobwebs. If you are not careful, you will end up with them. The design of the shelf above the sink is anti-human. The distance is too close. It is easy for your head to touch when washing your face. Every time you have to put your head into the gap between the two to wash, it is very awkward! The bedside table is higher than the bed, and there is a risk of bumping your head and knocking your glasses. There are many mosquitoes when sleeping at night. I wanted to use mosquito coils on the second floor, but I never thought that the socket was broken. Although the bedside socket was fine, placing it next to the pillow would be harmful to the human body. There are a lot of cobwebs and spiders in the surrounding environment and in the room. Fortunately, these insects will not actively provoke humans. The beams on the second floor tend to be too low, so be careful when going up and down.

酒店服務很好，不管是前台還是餐廳，都非常熱情，提供周到貼心的服務。房間內的空調有點噪音，但不影響晚上休息。主動提供了消毒液給温泉池清洗消毒，挺好的。酒店面積不小，曲徑通幽，設有不少遊玩休憩的地方。可惜因為我們去的時候天氣還冷，好多配套的服務沒有開。等到五一後就都能體驗了。附近就有五蓮山等景點，過去爬山也很方便。

第二次入住，因為第一次體驗很好，温泉泡得也舒服。但這次的體驗大打折扣：1.大床房面積宣稱26平米，和雙床房面積一樣，但實際最多也就20平米，和雙床房比差一個很大的陽枱面積，前台接待也承認這一點；2.温泉就一個小池子可用，上次每個池子都能用。而且不能隨時去，還得預約，時間不能泡得太晚，覺得很約束。

絕對屬於驚喜的酒店，本來是旅途中間打尖的地方，但是店家服務很好，因為問了下早餐有沒有牛奶，專門去買了牛奶熱好了給我們，房間裡的私人溫泉非常舒服，面對冰湖，景色絕對值得一來！
