SOverall satisfied. Breakfast was bad...

Good location . Clean and tidy but the breakfast is only at average level

Facilities: The facilities are quite complete, but unfortunately I was going to wash clothes, but I couldn't use them because the hotel's water pipes were broken and not repaired. Hygiene: The hygiene is quite clean. Environment: The surrounding area is very lively, with many places to eat and shop. The parking lot is large and it is convenient to park by car. Service: The staff has a good attitude, is warm and thoughtful, and gave free breakfast, thank you very much!

Vienna Hotel has always been my choice. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and patient, and the sanitary environment is good!

There are too few people in the off-season, with only one receptionist who also works as a waiter. But all the necessary services and facilities are available, and the heating is sufficient. The only drawback is that the water pressure is too low. Chaka is very quiet in the off-season.

Disadvantages: First, the room I booked at noon showed that the hotel had confirmed that I could upgrade for free (the hotel can confirm or reject this upgrade). As soon as the quilt was opened, there were very obvious stains on the bed sheet near the pillow. Then I called the hotel to change the bed sheet. As a result, after waiting for more than 30 minutes, no staff came to check or change it. Then I called again. The funny thing was that the staff asked me the room number again, and then the staff came up to change the bed sheet after a few minutes. Overall: The hotel is good in all aspects in Chaka, and the only shortcoming is that the hotel operation and management are not good.

The first night of this trip was at Vienna in Longnan. The room felt pretty good, so when I arrived at Chaka Town and planned to stay for one night, I chose Vienna Hotel in Chaka!! The hotel has a beautiful environment, European style, complete facilities, large rooms, bright lights in front of the mirror, suitable for ladies to put on makeup, 24 hot water, easy to use shower head. There is a dressing mirror in the entrance hall, which is the favorite of ladies! The front desk clerk is enthusiastic and answers the first question; I left the makeup remover oil in the previous hotel during my stay. When I asked the hotel, I didn’t expect that the hotel was very considerate to pre-equip it. Absolutely, the equipment should be negative. There is only one shower head, and the water pressure is incredible. Is this a high-pressure water gun? Taking a shower feels like being beaten, the water spurts out without turning around at all.
