The hotel is undergoing upgrades. The ceiling board are exposed. Heater was down, and not informed till we called the front desk to enquire. Its a smoking allowed hotel.

Negatives: no hot water (only available in the morning as heater wasn't working in the evening)
Dirty rooms (e.g. stains on tables, dustbins not cleaned, mouldy walls)

Facilities: The facilities are quite complete, but unfortunately I was going to wash clothes, but I couldn't use them because the hotel's water pipes were broken and not repaired.
Hygiene: The hygiene is quite clean.
Environment: The surrounding area is very lively, with many places to eat and shop. The parking lot is large and it is convenient to park by car.

I booked it after reading the reviews online. The scenery is beautiful, the service is friendly, the hotel is quite new, there is no smell, the room is large, clean and tidy, and the hotel also provides a direct drinking water machine, which must be given a big thumbs up. There are too few people in the off-season, with only one receptionist who also works as a waiter. But all the necessary services and facilities are available, and the heating is sufficient. The only drawback is that the water pressure is too low. Chaka is very quiet in the off-season.
