The Chaka Evening Hotel is new and all facilities are in very good conditions. The hotel is located in a new commerce area in Chaka which has the clear ambition to develop more business. However, there is not much around this area and most fields are empty or under construction.
Chaka Lake is a beautiful spot but the city is not so attractive. So also the hotel is not having any good spots around it. We also took the dinner in the hotel. The breakfast is okay but typical Chinese but they didn’t provided hot water for tea or a coffee.
The staff is friendly and they provided extra heater and humidifiers for the cold nights.
Overall, the hotel is a good choice if you stay in Chaka to recharge your batteries but it’s also good to move on after the stay.

The room was very shabby, there were dirty paper towels under the bed that had not been cleaned, the shower head in the bathroom was broken, and even the door lock had been opened.
The receptionist's attitude was perfunctory. I read a review and said that if the room was too hot, we could ask the receptionist for a fan. But when we called, we were told they didn't have one and hung up the phone.
A hotel that costs more than 800 per night is such a shabby place, with all the facilities, sanitation, safety and service problems.
By the way, we didn't even have breakfast. When we asked about the supermarket written in the guest room booklet, it said it wasn't open. Please avoid lightning!
