The check-in experience was very good. The guys were very attentive and took the trouble to explain everything in detail. The staff were very good. The only thing that was not good was the breakfast, which was generally OK.

A very satisfying stay. The hotel room is right in the middle of the salt lake, and the endless salt lake is visible as soon as you step out of the door. Thank you very much to the guy at the front desk for arranging halal meals for us. You can take a small train to visit the beautiful salt lake not far from the room.

The front desk staff Xiao Ma and Xiao Tong provided excellent service. When traveling with children, although the weather was cold, the bubble room was very warm. The room is very unique. When the weather is good, you can lie on the bed and watch the Milky Way. The store service is very considerate. It snowed heavily on the day of check-in. The hotel helped to turn on the heating half an hour in advance. The room was warm as soon as we arrived. What I am most grateful for is that the battery of the car we drove the next day was low and we couldn't start it. We found the hotel front desk and they immediately called a technician to come over for us. They were very patient and helped us solve the problem in half an hour. A big thumbs up and a banner was given to Bubble House. When you are away from home, it feels very warm to be helped by others.

The hotel is right next to Sky One, Chaka Salt Lake. If you want to stargaze, it snowed that day, and the scenery was amazing the next morning. The hotel facilities and services are good. Breakfast is served in a huge glass house, and you can enjoy the scenery while eating. I went directly to Sky One.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area. Thanks to Xiao Ma and Xiao Tong at the front desk for upgrading our room. The service attitude is also super good. I hope to see more delicious food in the hotel restaurant next time I come.

To be honest, I booked the most expensive one. I spent more than 1,900 to stay in such a place. I really complained about the scenic spot. It rained the next day and I didn’t go in and refused to refund the money alone. What can I say about this bubble house? It’s a scenic spot... Anyway, it’s hard to explain in a word. I compared many hotels during this trip and finally chose this hotel. Overall, it is quite good. The hotel is very distinctive, with complete facilities. The front desk staff responds promptly and basically delivers whatever you need immediately. The room is also very soundproof, and I slept very well, which relieved my travel fatigue.
