We had trouble during check-in. The hotel claimed that they did not receive our booking, we contacted Trip.com and solved eventually but the front office altitude is not good. The room is spacious and nice, hot water machine is the best. The breakfast is poor.

Very good, from the location (just beside the main road of Chaka Salt Lake) to the hospitality of the front desk to the breakfast... May Day did not give us extra points for our holiday. Next time I will come to Chaka... The first choice hotel, no one else!
