Rezen Hotel （Chaka Salt Lake)

The location is perfect, at the entrance of the scenic spot, and the car can be driven into the scenic spot! The room has a diffusion oxygen concentrator, which is very friendly to the elderly and children. The scenic spot also has a medical office with a large oxygen generator.

The hygiene was so bad. We booked a total of 4 rooms, and the sheets and duvet covers in none of the rooms were all changed. Either 3 pillowcases were not changed, or the sheets were not changed. The first picture shows the pillow as it was after we took it away. It was just as it was when a previous guest slept after checking out. The second picture shows hair on the pillow and holes in the quilt cover. There are many things I didn’t take pictures of, such as the blackened bath towels, water bar, desk, and meal trays all covered with a thick layer of dust. They were really dirty. Although it is a newly opened hotel, if the owner does not pay attention to hygiene issues, I can't imagine how bad the hygiene will be later.

The environment is good and hygienic. It's quiet at night. The boss is also very talkative. By the way, the breakfast is also rich.

The newly opened hotel has a smart toilet and a small toilet in the room. It is also very clean. You can see the salt lake and snow-capped mountains from the window. It feels great. The room attendants and front desk attendants were very enthusiastic, and a few bottles of water were delivered quickly. It is highly recommended to stay here. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Chaka.

The room was very nice, and it also had an oxygen concentrator and a humidifier. I was traveling on the Qinggan-Gansu Line and the hotels I chose along the way were all very good.
