四樓上面是房東家，早上咚咚響，想睡個懶覺是不可能的。空調壞了，床墊子太薄，還好不是冷天。洗澡的地方和洗漱台太近，設計有問題，沒地方站着沖澡。

酒店基本的每日清潔整理也做不到，實在是無語。每天要打電話提醒打掃房間，結果一天回來就衹更換垃圾袋，床鋪，桌面，地面，衞生用品，衞生間均不進行清掃和整理。住了幾天，天天如此，我覺得是個基本服務不健全的問題。不建議不推薦，不會再入住。服務態度和服務質量不成正比，感覺已經跟現在的快捷酒店相差甚遠。設施的合理性存在問題，衞生間洗浴噴頭和洗手枱存在死角，有安全隱患。

10月22日，入住體驗太差，1、衞生打掃不乾淨。2、晚上十點前台電話已無人接聽，平台預留手機也打不通，服務不行。3、晚上十點多去衞生間，馬桶不能用，下樓找前台，答覆：不能修，無其他房間（網上還掛有空房可訂）可以去其他樓層上廁所或者退房。
