工作人員業務技能不熟，明知公寓在裝修中，卻沒有關閉接單功能，我晚上到達才知道。跟他們協商退款，他們表示同意，要我自己操作，説是電腦壞了也不及時修，但是我是下午預訂的，申請退款的時間過了，衹好跟同程的客服申請，很晚了我沒時間再去篩選價格優惠的酒店加上客服沒及時聯繫我。無奈地接受老闆的提議忍受一晚，正在裝電梯，到處是裝修材料，又臟又亂。爬上樓梯打開房間，雖然已告知沒有水，但是房間連礦泉水都沒有提供，被子也是又黃又臟，一天的奔波身上汗味很重，沒法刷牙，躺了很久客服才告知入住了就衹能找老闆協商退部分房款，老闆和稀泥死活不肯，錢給了沒得到應有的服務也不承認錯誤，還怪我下單，我也有失誤，所以我衹要求退一小部分房款，這是合理的，不然我心理沒辦法平衡。老闆還説我別搞他了，忍一忍就過去了，錢是那麼好賺的嗎？住一晚花的錢不多也不少，如此奸詐狡猾又黑心的老闆我舉報了。希望看到的同志們千萬不要去住這家！！！

就是説，裝修還開店，打車到了之後，都覺得是不是搞錯了，怎麼整了個敍利亞風情版公寓，一度懷疑自己沒到地方，走廊推車也有，瓷塊也有，拆下來的門也有，一腳踩下去，直接一個灰塵鞋印，熱水沒有，洗手的水也沒有，這也敢開店啊，被單枕套發黃，手機放床上一會，手機屏幕一層灰，真的希望弄好了再開店好嗎，店家順便把店裡的魚喂一下，隔着玻璃，都感覺它要把我吃了
