冬天，沖涼房熱水要等很久，固話沒有電話可以聯繫前台，沖完温水温水後，温水20度左右，給前台反饋之後，就説可以上門調水温，我説我都已經沖完涼了。酒店就問我要怎麼解決，我就説退房費，酒店反饋退不了。就表示對不起，我説感冒後酒店負責，酒店也不敢保證。就衹能地下停車場太多灰塵，沒有指示牌。體驗感差，再也不敢住，惹了一肚子火，急急忙忙2點鐘退房。

房間位置不錯，但配置有點老化，不接受的是睡到凌晨一點多空調跳閘，無法啟動！第一次遇到這麼意想不到的奇葩事，隔天早上第一次打了前台過來維修，居然不過來！外出回來再催促一下才過來！今時今日的服務態度註定不長久的！下次也不再入住的！
