酒店位置很好，靠近地鐵站，且位於商場頂層，出門吃飯購物都非常方便。老闆很負責任，我跟對象七夕來蕪湖旅遊，臨走的時候平板忘在房間了，結果剛出酒店沒多久老闆就打了電話過來提醒我們忘了東西，還幫我們寄回了家。

二次入住了，説明第一次入住體驗還是可以的。這次是因為孩子想看投影，我想要有窗户的，所以選擇了此房型。然而窗户很小，面向商場過道的，有窗好似沒窗。有一衹拖鞋是破的，我們是去水上樂園自帶了，就沒找前台。吹風機固定在衞生間，問題是沒有熱風，熱風檔吹出來也是冷風，熱天倒也不是怕感冒，主要是冷風吹得太慢了，手舉着太累了。服務啥的就不説了，因為我們不想麻煩，沒有提出什麼需求，主動服務是沒有的。

吵！！！
房間比較寬敞的，但是！！！旁邊有家KTV，晚上鬼哭狼嚎很吵！真的很吵！隔音不好，不知道其他房間的人大晚上的在搞什麼，老是有拖桌子椅子的聲音。
觀影房也衹是有個投影而已，沒有會員那些（也可能我沒去問）辦入住的時候，前台跟我們説什麼開放錯房間了，我就定進去了，要退20給給我們，換成單間，我們沒有同意，最後堅持要了雙床
