出差這麼多年維也納酒店住的最多，這個酒店的服務態度是最差的，對南來北往的客人做不到如沐春風的問候，最少也要有職業式的假笑吧，你是幹服務行業的，有温度的話語和微笑本身就是工作的一部分，基本素養都沒。酒店欠你工資還是加班多了不願意跟老闆去講，不需要給客人看滴。

住了兩天，第一天進去還是乾淨的，第二天續住，下午回酒店去上廁所看見那個馬桶真的真的很臟，不知道有沒有打算，也不知道里麪是倒了什麼東西，

很輕鬆的環境，香薰味道也好聞，高級人不算太多，不用排長隊的感覺太爽了，體驗感一級棒這個太棒了，完全是我的心頭好呀，給大家瘋狂安利，風景很好

住的不錯，出門一般都住維也納，感覺比較新應該開業沒兩年，床品真的很舒適，前台工作人員安排在11樓景色還不錯，早餐品種不是特別豐富但一般需求都能滿足，整體來説值得推薦
