I stayed for two nights. I changed the room the next day and put the newly bought facial cleanser in the washbasin without taking it away. I called the front desk that night and asked for a reply. I didn’t call back until the next day. The next morning I made two more phone calls, but still didn’t call back. I called them again at noon today and told me that I couldn’t find it, and there was no way to deal with it. Hit, this service is really hard to describe!
What's more, the phone in the room didn't work, even if I plugged in the phone line myself, I still called from the phone I found online. A series of services and responses are quite annoying
