第一次來蕪湖，好印象全被這個酒店前台毀了。説點話和別人欠她錢似的。房間味道非常刺鼻而且電視機壞的，要求更換房型，直接跟我們説換不了，讓我們補差價。告訴她了我們定的價格比更換的房型價格高，還在那裡説不能換，讓我們退了重新訂之類的。退了以後又要説去檢查房間，如果有動過房間那就要收清潔費30。真的無語至極，還是第一次遇到，從頭到尾講話都一副不耐煩的樣子，顧客説什麼她都要懟兩句，不願意做這份工作那就別做好了，擺着點態度給誰看呢，欠你錢嗎？
