It’s a good place to stay, location is good, customer service is good but room could be maintained properly, it needs to clean, take out carpets, wash down bathroom properly and do a deep cleaning and maintenance. I would recommend cause it’s not a bad place to stay but it just needs up keeping.

This time it was because the hotel I wanted to book had no rooms, and I saw the Garden Lakeview Hotel again. It said it was renovated in 2020, and I thought it would be better than before. But I found that the carpet was still the same as before, and it had basically not been washed. There are holes in the bed cover, and the shower room also has black traces of age. I will not stay there again!
