房間蚊子多，蚊香沒有用，半夜被整醒了3次；一樓大廳遍地都是蟲子，工作人員説沒辦法；第二天假惺惺送水果，番茄都長毛了，估計酒店工作人員喜歡吃帶毛的；第一次遇到這麼爛的。

設施:新開酒店抱着試試的態度，很驚喜居然沒有異味，這家細節很好，讓人很安心
衞生:很乾凈，對於輕微潔癖很友好，如有需求可以和酒店提

服務員真的是離譜，入駐非得要什麼掃碼，拒絕兩回還不停的要掃，離店更離譜我是全季鉑金會員12點之後退房要加錢，沒有一家説要加錢，不給延遲就算了打電話來，我讓把箱子拿下來，我回來就退房就行。回來之後又説給我延遲退房了。箱子又不拿下來，有這樣的服務的嗎？全國體驗感最差的一家全季

辦理入住的時候，有個小姐姐給我送了熱茶，我説不喝熱的，她又換了礦泉水，全程服務態度都很好，沒有不高興，房間也很乾凈，早餐也是很合我的胃口，喜歡，喜歡，下次還會選擇這家店的！

噪音大 而且房間頂上都沒裝修好 不過前台幫我們換了房間 態度還是很好的 去吃早飯的時候服務員還不相信我 來找我 説我在攜程上訂的房間是沒有早飯的 我説我昨天入住的時候和前台都溝通好了 她送我的早飯 員工之間一點都不交接的嗎？？？真的很尷尬 早餐廳那麼多人 大家還以為我是白*的呢
