當晚給我們辦入住的前台讓我懷疑我住的是幾十塊錢的賓館嗎？辦完入住後進房間地上都是水漬，洗漱台上有頭髮，枕套上也有污漬。打電話給前台要求換房，出去換房卡，男朋友在樓梯邊供客人休息的座位上等我，酒店的保安大叔態度很不好的問是哪間房，由於房卡在我手上，男朋友並不記得房間號，保安又質問了兩句，我當時在一旁的電梯間等電梯，聽到後挺生氣的，我不明白作為酒店的工作人員為什麼用這種態度和入住的客人説話。後來換了一間房，地上還是全部都是水漬，甚至床上還有頭髮，本來想辦退房，但是附近也沒有合適的酒店了，衹能將就一下。更讓我沒想到的是，我頭一次住兩百多塊錢的酒店，房間裏連個中央空調都沒有，空調供暖效果一點都不好，真的很無語。但是第二天給我們辦退房的小姐姐人很好

出差因為離客户公司近選擇這家酒店，一共住四晚，換了四次房間，第一次換房是因為同事臨時有事先回去雙床換大床房，從五樓換到十樓，這個房間沖水馬桶水壓很低，馬桶都沖不乾淨，洗澡時發現衹有熱水，冷水很小實在是不方便於是我要求換到七樓，下午出去辦事晚上8點回來發現桌上煙灰缸裏有幾個煙頭，我打總枱電話打不通，一直暫線，放下東西到前台，前台開始查監控，差不多搞一個小時沒有查出來，服務員又給我換了一間房，説晚點給我答覆，到十點説還再查，由於第二天有工作，我要求第二天早上給我答覆結果，不管什麼原因，等第二天換了一波工作人員上班，他們問的話好像煙是我抽的，要麼是前一批客户抽的沒有清理乾淨，我問怎麼處理，他説，你要是不相信沒有人進去過就衹有報警，我早上趕着出去辦事就先走了，回來我就退房了

非常差，安排了早餐房邊上的房間，五點鐘的時候，早餐房就把後門打開，完全不顧還在睡覺的客人，摔打碗碟，與酒店前台溝通，態度冷漠，無道歉，沒有任何解決方案，大家挑選酒店的時候注意避坑
