前台及客房工作人員服務熱情，細緻周到，客房打掃乾淨衞生，無異味。床上用品及毛巾浴巾乾淨衞生。衞生間乾濕分離，24小時熱水好。空調超好。有電梯。樓下車隨便停。周圍200米內，有超市，零食店，飯店若干，水果店，夜市小吃等。有公交車站。距淮河300米。
