Good location, very close to Qingnian Road subway station, there are many small restaurants, barbecue supermarkets and even pharmacies around, and the rooms are fully equipped. Budget hotel, all aspects of the past. Check-in requires a deposit of 100, refunded when checking out, the room is on the second floor, step ladder, simple hanging clothes hook 4 of 3 have dropped their heads.

The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

Service: Suitable for five stars. The front desk girl Luo is very enthusiastic. The lady in the breakfast room and the cleaning lady in the corridor are also warm and friendly. Environment: We seem to have upgraded the room because of points or membership. The 27th floor is a ladies' floor (or I forgot what it was called). In fact, it is not only for girls to stay, but the layout inside is friendly to girls. There are special hygiene products, curling irons 🈶 and Barbie pink robes. The room is very comfortable.

Hotel is great and location is good. A lot of foo around and near to shopping area. Room is very clean and we are surprised with the projector in the room to watch TV shows, very big and sharp image. Bed is very comfortable. Overall everything is good and must eat dinner at their restaurant at level 8. Food is tasty and a waitress there, sorry i forgot your name, is very helpful and recommend nice food. Very patient and nice to help me to order food when i could only speak very basic mandarin

The hotel is very close to Hongshan Square subway station, which is only a five-minute walk away. The transportation is very convenient. The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. This is our first trip to Wuhan and mainly for visiting relatives who live in Wuhan. Our first impression at Sheraton hotel is good. Started with the bell boy who greet us when we arrived at the hotel and help us with our big luggage. We have left one parcel at the taxi without notice. After we checked in the hotel we then realised that the parcel was left at the taxi. The concierge by the name of Owmen Zhou(周星驰）who is very kind and help us to call the taxi company to locate the taxi driver who drop us at the hotel and informed him to return the parcel to us ASAP and really appreciate his services and kindness. He did extra-miles to ensure we received our parcel on-time. in addition, he also introduced us the exhibition that the hotel have co-joined with the Wuhan museum to show case the impression of Wuhan city which gave us some insight of the Wuhan City. Even the house-keeper who are very kind and did a good job for the room. In general, we have good impression about this hotel and we strongly recommend to our friends who want to stay at Wuhan. Once again, a big thank you to the staffs at Sheraton hotel and make our stay at Sheraton a very pleasant one ! will come back again next time.

The hotel room was general in good condition and I really enjoyed my stay. The location of the hotel couldn't be any better with just less than Three minutes walking distance. The reception personnels are also very helpful and definitely will book the hotel when coming back to Wuhan
