This is our first trip to Wuhan and mainly for visiting relatives who live in Wuhan. Our first impression at Sheraton hotel is good. Started with the bell boy who greet us when we arrived at the hotel and help us with our big luggage. We have left one parcel at the taxi without notice. After we checked in the hotel we then realised that the parcel was left at the taxi. The concierge by the name of Owmen Zhou(周星驰）who is very kind and help us to call the taxi company to locate the taxi driver who drop us at the hotel and informed him to return the parcel to us ASAP and really appreciate his services and kindness. He did extra-miles to ensure we received our parcel on-time. in addition, he also introduced us the exhibition that the hotel have co-joined with the Wuhan museum to show case the impression of Wuhan city which gave us some insight of the Wuhan City. Even the house-keeper who are very kind and did a good job for the room. In general, we have good impression about this hotel and we strongly recommend to our friends who want to stay at Wuhan. Once again, a big thank you to the staffs at Sheraton hotel and make our stay at Sheraton a very pleasant one ! will come back again next time.

Nice hotel of course for the price high scale. Friendly staff but need to understand a joke at the front desk .. good breakfast but limited basic or standard restaurants for evening meals. Have to go out and search and location is not directly near anything, but go to the ”Tanhualin” area and you will find some reasonable and varied choices. Colleagues facing the river enjoyed the Wuhan Yangtze River Building light show!

What can I say? What an amazing stay again. I’ve stayed for work events in which we used the ballroom for our work celebration. I then came here for peace when my father passed away. This was the one place I knew I could come that brought me peace and happiness. This trip was for my anniversary and it was beyond amazing. We decided to to go with a suite and the reservation came with a free photo shoot. Our photographer, Xiao Liu, was kind and the photo shoot was an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the dinner buffet has live entertainment and amazing chefs as well. We also wanted to get massages too but ran out of time. We will get them next time. Overall, I’m grateful for Optic Valley Hilton and the true peace our experiences bring each time. Exactly what we need on vacation.

The room is very clean. Staff we met are friendly, the reception desk lady, the lobby staff, the cleaning lady as well. The breakfast buffer has a good variety of food and service is good too. Swimming facility is well maintained too. Metro is right outside the hotel. A happy stay this time.

We had a fantastic stay at the Fairmont Wuhan to celebrate a birthday! The Guest Service Manager, Irina Guo, was extremely helpful and accommodating to make the experience extra special. The food and service at the hotel restaurant and bar, 1907, was first rate. Would strongly recommend a cocktail and dinner set. The service staff was made aware of the birthday by Ms.Guo, and Josie greeted us with a ”Happy Birthday” accompanied by a complimentary glass of champagne. The breakfast was also first rate with pretty much anything you could want. Following breakfast, we were greeted by another guest service staff member, Guillaume, who ensured we had everything we needed. It was truly the pinnacle of hotel service! 5 stars.

Yuanyuan and Mengmeng at the front desk are very warm and thoughtful. The fruit snacks are very fresh, and the breakfast is delicious. Everything is very luxurious. I will stay here again next time! I saw this store was being renovated before it opened. This was my first time staying at the front desk. The front desk helped me step by step and patiently handled the booking, check-in, and finally departure. The whole service was very warm. The hotel is newly opened and has no smell anymore. Feel free to stay boldly. The overall setting of the hotel Everything is OK. The experience of staying here is very good. I will consider this hotel in the future.

great place, close to food street, . Great staff, great room cleaning, a bit expensive breakfasts, although there are hundreds of cafes nearby! You can barely hear the trains, but it's very quiet at night.
