武漢凍雨，滯留了五天又感上春節停留了九晚，早飯吃了四天。 酒店環境一流。 前台接待和客房服務員都非常滿意，入住時送了雨傘，離店時送了冰箱貼，東西不重要，感受很温暖。前台一位東北遠嫁來武漢的小姐姐很漂亮又很温柔。客房服務員都很敬業。 早餐不知道歸不歸酒店管理，有一位黑色短髮微胖的女孩子，眼睛和探照燈一樣盯着人，第一天，孩子在房間睡覺，我們盤子裏剩了點包子問問可不可帶回去，嚴厲的説，不可以。問，這個我們剩下的，你們也會扔掉，態度很堅決的説，你放着吧，不用管。 也是無語了。這是這個飯店最糟糕的體驗了。

Good location downtown and close to MixC shopping centre. Hotel itself is a bit 90s in style and could do with an update/refresh but has been kept in pretty good condition considering. Room clean enough and very spacious. Breakfast was underwhelming, with fairly limited options for a five star hotel. Service decent.

I have to complain, this was a terrible stay. Checked in that night and was upgraded to the executive floor during registration. But a series of bad experiences started after checking in. 1. After taking a bath, I found that the water in the bathtub was blocked. 2. I woke up from the heat at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. The room was stuffy and hot. This was March in Wuhan, and the temperature outside was very comfortable. I found that the air conditioner panel only blew hot air whether it was turned on for hot air or cold air, and there were no windows to open for ventilation. I called customer service and the technician who came to my door told me that there is no air conditioning in Wuhan during this season. Let him enter the house to experience the sweltering heat. He said that he could feel the heat as soon as he stood at the door. I asked why it couldn't even blow natural cold wind. Anyway, it only had hot air. As a result, the master brought a fan to cool down and ventilate the room. It was incredible that I fell asleep with the fan blowing on that night. 3. The phone can only be used for hands-free dialing, and the handset cannot be used. The hands-free sound is too loud and the volume cannot be adjusted. I went to customer service to report the situation in the middle of the night, but the old man who was already asleep was woken up like this. It was really frustrating! I hope the hotel can continue to improve its facilities and give everyone a wonderful accommodation experience. The cost of a hotel night is quite a lot, so it should at least be worth it.

I forgot to return the hotel power bank for a supper one day, and brought it back with my hand. Fortunately, I returned it directly in the lobby. Spacious and tidy room. The authority should pay more attention to hotel management. Front desk guys are efficient but they lack of one thing - SMILE😊 There was a ripping towel hanging in the bathroom 🙄 the hair dryer was too dirty to touch and use🙄🙄. This little things should get more attention to avoid creating bad impression about the hotel. Btw, there is no good restaurant nearby. I took taxi to go to the busy street and have meals.
