The room price is super cheap. Very cost-effective! The room is clean and spacious. Because the hotel is near the subway entrance, a few hundred meters away. Next door is the Golden Land Plaza, where you can eat, shop and have a supermarket. There are actually two free bottles of bottled water in the room.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights during my first-ever trip to Wuhan, and I was very positively surprised about this hotel.
Location: The hotel is located on Jianghan Road, which is one of the most popular spots for shopping and eating. A metro station is located just downstairs, with easy access to most of the other areas of the city. The hotel is located on the 28th-31th floor with a spectacular view over the city and a great vibe to just hang out in the lobby and relax. Got to the 28th floor to check-in.
Cleanliness: All areas of the hotel had a very high cleaning standard, the room, the lobby, hallways, and public spaces in the hotel were spotless.
Service: Excellent service with very professional staff at the front desk.
Facilities: The rooms have everything you need for a great stay, the hotel also serves breakfast but I opted out for this option so I did not try it this time.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay, and I would stay here again if I come to Wuhan. I strongly recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Wuhan.

The hotel room is very large, clean and sanitary, the service is thoughtful and full of details. My husband and I did not have breakfast in the morning, and the housekeeper Xiaohui put 2 bottles of milk at the door, which is very good. I recommend staying here. Wuhan is delicious! !

I booked this hotel for visiting my parents in Qingshan Wuhan(my hometown), I was very satisfied with my staying at this Hotel.
1. The location was perfect - close to everything.
2. The breakfast was decent buffet-I only had breakfast at this restaurant. Service was excellent and very friendly. Food was very good, selection extensive.
3. The service was amazing - I was greeted by a very friendly front -desk person, who accommodated my room request without any problems. Thank you!
3. The room was very nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, but there is no microwave in the room, just a very small fridge.
Overall, I really liked to stay in this hotel, and would definitely stay again next time!

I was very pleased with the hotel)
The only thing that confused us upon arrival was the request for a deposit of 4,000 yuan, which was not said/written anywhere. We were surprised, but the administrators resolved the matter.
For future guests, in order to avoid such situations, it is better to inform the hotel about these conditions in advance.

Near hankou train and mrt station, don't book if use taxi, it won't benefit you.
Allow late check out till 4pm, this is good for travellers who catch night flight. But the cleaning department staff will go into your room without acknowledge, luckily I did put on the lock cos I didn't close my shower door.

Breakfast start at 6:30 am, option of beef bee hoon , hot and spicy noodles, fried rice, bread etc. Thanks to front desk upgrade us free breakfast.
Mattresses are soft. It’s a little surprise that room have a metal bar for hanger wet cloth. It’s not open to see at other hotels . Overall is a good option for a transit hotel .

It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life.
Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services.
Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business.
Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool!
Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there.
Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed.

KkancrossThe room is very large and spacious, the mattress is comfortable, the curtains are very good at blocking light, and the sleep quality is also improved a lot. There are many lighting controls, which is very clever. There are many types of breakfasts with a wide range of choices. The service staff, especially the front desk lady, are very enthusiastic and professional. Chaibo Lake is outside the window, which is particularly impressive on foggy mornings.

2 complaints:
1) beds are hard. I’ve stayed at Modena in the past. I don’t remember the beds being quite so stiff. But I would think twice before staying again. Uncomfortable beds are a deal breaker.
2) there are 0 USB plugs in the room. The wall sockets are in serious need of upgrading.

GGuest UserBecause I had to take a flight early the next morning, I checked into the Vienna International Hotel Wuhan Airport Branch on the evening of January 25. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by the newly renovated hotel facilities, high-end atmosphere, and magnificent European decoration style. Immediately I came to the front desk and was greeted with a smile by the staff with ID No. 2 and received me warmly. At the same time, she took into consideration that we were older and specially arranged a comfortable and quiet room for us, so that we had a pleasant and unforgettable last night in Wuhan. And early the next morning, we also tasted the delicious and rich breakfast provided by the hotel, especially the ”hot dry noodles”. I will stay at this high-quality hotel with warm and thoughtful service when I go to Wuhan in the future.

MMohamedSomerset Zhuankou Wuhan hotel is a very nice place to stay with family. We stayed 2 nights in 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious, each room has a TV with 45 channels ( 5 or 6 in English). The furniture is modern and looks very new. there is a very good kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster, huge fridge, and reasonable cooking utensils. There is a washing machine and dryer and stand to dry up your clothes. Technically, this apartment can accommodate 7 people in some ways.
Breakfast is nice, it has Chinese cuisine and also items for non-chinese or Asians like boiled eggs, rice, coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, bread, butter, jam, cookies, some hot plates. So breakfast is more than ok.
It has a nice swimming pool and a small pool for kids. Suna is also there (opened only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 pm). there are kids playing ground, ping pong table, and a world-class gem.
The location is not very far from Wanda plaza ( 12 RMB by didi- 3 km away) and also another Eaon mall that is a bit far. There is a grocery shop just beside the hotel where you can get very nice bakery stuff, anything you want fruits, vegs, drinks, meat, chicken and also they do have food court to eat on sot from a menu. This grocery shop has fantastic seafood and huge crab, lobster..etc you name it.
The front desk is standard style so you will get answers if you ask questions. Although they are straight forward and locally trained they are kind or lack somerset and ascot hospitality that I got in different locations like Jakarta for example where they are very helpful, warm, hospitable and smile and pleasant all the time. Saying so doesn't mean that your stay will be by all means less enjoyable as you will get all your concerns answered. It is just you need to tell them and they will reply.
Housekeeping and kitchen are very warm and nice ladies and they are down to earth, hospitable, and always ready to help just bring your google translate and there are no problems at all.

YYee KwanBEWARE IF YOU PAY AT THE FRONT DESK AT THE HOTEL. THEY DOUBLE-CHARGED US AND DID NOT REFUND THE OVERCHARGE.
We booked through Trip.com and selected to pay at the hotel (our mistake). We used our Alipay QR code to pay at the front desk, but the transaction took a while and seemed to have failed (slow internet connection). We tried again and the second time it was successful. It wasn't until we left Wuhan and checked our credit card statements that we noticed two of the same charges from the Ethos Hotel.
Contacting the hotel, the staff was pleasant and helpful but never admitted to seeing a double-charge in their system. The person on the phone said they would investigate and asked us to call back later. After a day, we called back; they said they contacted Trip.com and that a refund was given to us. This refund they were referring to was the Trip.com deposit to hold our rooms. We explained the situation again, but the person helping us kept saying we should contact Trip.com even though we paid the hotel directly.
Now back at home, we contacted Trip.com. After chatting with one of their reps, and providing our credit card and Alipay statements as proof of the double charge, they said they would get back to us. The result was an email with the message,
”Duplicate deduction/overcharge-Duplicate deduction/overcharge: Not duplicate deduction/overcharge.”
We are not surprised by this result, as Trip.com cannot verify any payments that took place because the actual payment happened at the HOTEL FRONT DESK.
So here we are trying to go through our bank to see if they can do something because they CAN see the 2 charges that were 3 minutes apart from the same hotel. We hope this will be resolved and all this was a misunderstanding... time will tell.

KKAN See YemThe staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The premises were kept in tip top condition and spotless, a feeling of brand new. The hotel lobby was simply magnificent. Made me felt like a VIP. The breakfast at the revolving restaurant was without question superb - wide range of Chinese, Western and local specialities. The Metro station entrance was only 5 minutes walk. Between the station and the hotel were full of eateries, convenient stores and flowers shops. This hotel is highly recommended. My wife and I had a lovely time.
