Hotel is in a good location. Right near a shopping street with some night markets and plenty of food around. I booked a city view room but was given a room with a view of the inside of the building. The room was big and spacious but the carpet smelled bad which made the room smell like an old pair of socks. Bed was clean and shower was clean. Overall not a bad stay but I saw other rooms on my way out that were much cleaner and nicer. I paid extra for the city view but didn’t get it. So a bit of a waste of money. Other friends that stayed here on same day for free upgrade and paid half what I paid and also got the city view. Not worth paying extra I think. Breakfast was not worth it. Better to eat nearby. Overall the hotel is a bit old and I would say probably a 2.5-3 star. Needs a good clean, some new carpet and some better food for the breakfast. Looks good in the photos but I guess I was just unlucky with the room.

The location is pretty good if you want to visit the yellow crane tower. The staff was very friendly and check in was very easy. The floor could have been cleaner and it smelled like cigarette in the shower. The breakfast was decent.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location is very convenient for traveling, they have a free pick up to Wuhan train station. In few minutes by Didi you can easily arrive at the center of Wuchang which is plenty of restaurants and family attractions. The service is very polite and the staff very friendly, they kindly helped me with some small issues. The room is clean and nice and there is a robot delivering goods at the room. The manager before leaving gave us a small gift which was really appreciated during the trip back home. The price is affordable and for sure I will consider this hotel again for my trips to Wuhan. I strongly recommended it.

It is a very superior environment. The trees in the garden are lush and spring is beautiful, and the plank road around the lake is beautiful. No wonder Grandpa Mao loved it so much. The room facilities are slightly outdated, but combined with the history here, it has a special meaning. There is a bathtub, and outside the window is the East Lake at night, with a bright moon in the sky, which makes you feel relaxed and happy. If you hadn't checked in too late, you would have soaked in the bathtub and admired the moonlight. It was so pleasant. The housekeeper, Aunt Cheng Xirong, was very enthusiastic and brought fruit snacks and a puzzle piece of the Undersea Column to the children. I made an appointment to visit Chairman Mao’s former residence and gained a lot of knowledge. Well worth a visit. After the visit, we went to the cafe to have a cup of coffee outside. There were two rabbits for company on the green grass. The children were very happy.

The location is right in Vanke Future Center, and there is a subway downstairs, which is quite convenient for traveling by subway. The room is not too small and is very clean, in the usual Ascott style. However, there was a problem with the TV when we checked in. After reporting it to the front desk, they said they would send someone to check it immediately. As a result, we waited for a long time and called the front desk before someone finally came. I guess they forgot about it, but the TV problem was solved immediately the next day. In addition, one of the front desk staff did not look at people when talking on the day of check-in, which made people feel that the attitude was not very good.

Xiao Zhang at the front desk has a very good service attitude. He is very proficient in checking in and is very fast. There is no deposit required to check in. Not bad. The balcony is big and the equipment is also very good. I stayed with my friends and it felt okay. The air conditioning is not very powerful but it doesn't matter. The service is pretty good. The environment and the view downstairs are good. It feels good.

This is a little bit harsh in the hotel, but had paid extra for the executive sweet, only to be told after I checked in that all the facilities were closed. I don't live very far from this hotel, but was hoping to enjoy the spa and the executive lounge after a football tournament close by. All the facilities, spa, swimming pool, gym, sauna were all closed. Even the executive lounge was off limits. This was not mentioned when booking and I was unable to get any refund. It's a lovely hotel, but they really struggle to clarify if anything is actually operational post covid.

The old four-star hotel near Jianghan Road has a very good location, very close to the pedestrian street and subway station. The lobby is quite grand, and the rooms are quite large. The decoration is old, the furniture has some signs of damage, and there are holes from cigarette butts on the carpet. The bathroom is small and the lighting is dim. Breakfast is in the revolving restaurant on the top floor with a great view. The tableware is very nice, the food is not too varied and the taste is average, but the freshly made beef noodles are quite delicious. The restaurant's front desk service attitude is not very good. Overall, the price/performance ratio is quite high.
