Facilities: The room facilities are old, including the switch buttons, showers, etc. The underground parking lot is impossible to get up, but the signs have not been changed. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic. Environment: Convenient transportation, not far from East Lake. Service: The service staff ignored people when they met, which was nothing, but other four-star and five-star hotels would take the initiative to greet, which is the difference.

Very clean, soundproof, and can receive foreign guests. The overall experience is very good. I like the hotel's decoration style, house layout, and smart devices. The coffee☕ and tea bags are also very exquisite. The only drawback may be that there is only one robot. If you order takeout, the food you buy may not be delivered in time. It is faster to go to the front desk to pick it up yourself.

I stayed in Wuhan for three days and two nights and it was very comfortable. There were free snacks and coffee at the front desk, and they were very proactive when checking in. The only downside was that the water pressure in the bathroom was not very strong, so I couldn't take a good shower. The shower head was broken on the first night, and I had to wait a long time to get someone to fix it. On the second night, I felt a little cold, and they were very slow to ask the front desk to give me an extra quilt. The attitude could be a little more enthusiastic.

Today's experience was not very good. The invoicing front desk said that it was opened by X Cheng, not the hotel. Later, I contacted Ctrip customer service to deal with it. The first (ಡωಡ)hiahiahia was opened by the hotel the day before and by Ctrip the day after.
