A family of three traveled to Wuhan The hotel is located on Metro Line 2, about 8 minutes' walk away. The transportation is very convenient. Big cities are convenient, but it takes time. 首先給酒店的交通方便點個贊，華住會住了幾客觀的評價一下酒店給大家作個參考。儘量不代入個人情緒，想要入住的網友們可以考慮是否能夠接受酒店存在的問題再決定。 先説一下不可控因素： 1.白天睡覺外面會有川流不息的車流聲2.晚上七八點對面會有大媽跳廣場舞，關窗也能聽到 3. 早上七八點有樓層或者其他房間的煙霧警報器響個不停，短時間不會有酒店人員發現問題，一個多小時才停止，想睡個好覺的家人們做好心理準備。 再説一下可控因素： 1.首先説一下客房服務員，連續兩天早上十點多就敲門説要做續住衞生 ，不是中午也不是下午是早上！合理嗎？ 2·客房服務員隨意丟棄客人的衣服，毫不負責甚至把別人的的衣物送到我的房間。 3.想要聯繫到工作人員很難，座機，華住會，**，攜程打給前台都未接，發微信給前台工作號也未回覆，所有渠道不停打電話將近三個小時沒有任何一個酒店服務人員或者管理層來處理問題。事後前台解釋元旦人多太忙，多少間房三個小時不停歇的開？後面我提出提前退房，你們給其中一晚的房費打了七折咱也不事事兒，得饒人處且饒人算了，但而你們後面是怎麼做的呢？ 4.跨年晚上電視故障，聯繫酒店前台微信等了很久未回覆，打電話讓保安上來，上來把我們的電拔了就走了？前台當晚沒有回過一個電話沒有一句不好意思，毫不作為。 5.當晚在網上下了訂單，特意打電話給前台説明續住不用打電話打擾的前提下，第二天前台還打電話來確認續住卻衹字不提電視維修。你們前台下班是不習慣交接還是根本不重視啊？拖了一天一夜還需要客人主動告知電視需要維修？我已經在電話裏囑咐當班的前台無需打掃續住衞生，客房服務員還二次敲門，前台給出的解釋是已告知過客房，是客房不懂看房態。我還説個行吧，就這個時候我都好脾氣到沒想過真的去給你們點一個差評，畢竟打工不易。 6.隔天，門上明明也掛着個“靜”的牌子前提下，還要開我的門説要做續住衞生？你們的客房真的太過放肆了，不會看房態也不會看客人需求更不會和前台確認就隨意開房間門，今天被你們客房嚇的這一次，真的是給我留下心理陰影了，這已經不是一次兩次三次了，你們簡直就是一而再再而三甚至還有四五六 首先，你們酒店前台上班遇到問題不作為就夠離譜了，下班還不做好交接真的很令人破防，特意給當班的囑咐還能出錯？微信發給你們的微信消息至今還已讀不回，你們有空給我手機發訊息，沒空關注你們的微信工作號？你們酒店就是一個各部門都無法正常運作的狀態呀 我為什麼寧願捨棄在華住會買的會員卡費和會員權益也要繼續多花點錢去網上下單，就是因為你們覺得會員的評價對你們店的流量構不成多大影響所以怠慢華住會的客人，從而讓越來越多的客户流入**攜程，我完全可以投訴到總部，但我沒有那麼做。我現在手上有三個訂單，也衹給你們評了一個，不是一分而是三分，算是對你們手下留情了，希望你們能從自身找找問題。
