This hotel is always the safe choice for staying in Hankou. First, The staff is friendly, especially the front desk staff, one of them is Nico, who helped a lot before staying. I have stayed in this hotel for three times so far. furthermore, the facilities are maintained very well. Location is also a good beneficial point if you want to take taxi to anywhere in Hankou. The only thing could be improved for this time, the quality of the breakfast was not that good comparing to those before. That might be it in the temporary place.

They were attentive to my every need, whether it was providing recommendations for nearby attractions, offering refreshments, or simply ensuring that I had a pleasant and relaxing environment to unwind in. A special shout out to Amber, Camile, Anthea and Joe, who truly made my stay a wonderful one. Their understanding and caring attitude were evident in every interaction. They took the time to get to know me, listened to my preferences, and made genuine efforts to accommodate my needs and always made sure to go the extra mile.  Their dedication and professionalism are definitely assets to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. This brand new hotel is conveniently located near the Hankou railway station and metro. To my surprise, front desk sent me complementary fruit plate and snacks during my stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Hakou.

The hotel is very satisfied with the stay, the room is very good, the facilities are very good, and the environment is great. There is free room service on the first floor, delivered by robots, laundry room on the fifth floor, gym on the sixth floor, and porridge for warming the stomach at night on the first floor. My visit coincided with the Chinese Valentine's Day, and the room was beautifully decorated to mark the occasion. The thoughtful and meticulous preparation truly exceeded my expectations. I would like to specifically commend our butler, Rita, and the room attendant, Huang Lina. Rita's attentive and warm service made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. Her professionalism and genuine care for our comfort were evident throughout our stay. Similarly, Huang Lina's dedication to maintaining our room's cleanliness and order was impeccable, and her efforts in the special decoration made our celebration even more memorable. Their outstanding service and attention to detail made our stay exceptional. We are deeply grateful for their contributions and will fondly remember this experience. Hotel facilities: quite complete, spacious rooms. Hotel hygiene: overall ok, don't pick on details. Hotel environment: the decoration is a bit old, the wall is peeling and damp, electric curtains are a plus. Hotel service: average.

All hotel staff are so helpful and friendly The room serves ce to s excellent as well as the facilities. However, the non-smoking policy should be more effective than the current situation. We feel really sorry for the hotel staff to be passive smokers even in the lobby. If this hotel is an entirely non-smoking hotel, it would be so great for us.

The hotel is in a great location near the CBD, and is in a little gated community of sorts with other hotels. True to its name, the hotel is in an apartment building, with reception on the 30th floor. The reception was very friendly and professional. The rooms have stunning views of the city, skyline and highway roads, perfect for Instagram! The rooms are very big as well, with a sofa, TV and voice activated lights and curtains. The bathroom has a remote controlled toilet, and is large and clean as well. Amenities include a fantastic Western/Chinese style buffet breakfast for extra. The chefs will also make you fresh dumplings/wontons/noodles on request! Also includes laundry with washing machines and dryers. Has a ”gym” which only includes treadmills, a cable machine, dumbbells and benches which is the bare necessities. For the price, it's incredible value. Stayed here twice on one trip

Exceeded expectations, a great experience. Many details are well done, highly recommended! It was a great experience to stay in this hotel! The room is warm and elegant, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and you can sleep well all night. The bathroom facilities are clean and smart, full of details. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the response is quick. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the combination of Chinese and Western is super considerate. I will choose here next time!
