Hotels in Yellow Crane Tower/Wuchang Railway Station, Wuhan

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

The front desk was really nice, and the room was upgraded for free! It felt different when I saw the warm note when I entered the door, which was very nice! The hygiene was spotless (my wife has a habit of always wiping the countertop with napkins), and the hotel breakfast was good! Downstairs is the pedestrian street, and there are many places to eat and eat. Although many places are under renovation, many are open. I ate the beef patties that ** often brushes! I didn't taste them one by one due to time constraints, I will go shopping next time I check in!

My experience there was good. The staff were really kind and helpful. The room was good, though I wish it had a minibar. The breakfast was delicious, but if you want some black coffee, you better get it on one of the nearby cafes. The cleaning staff would go to my room around 6pm, which I think is a bit late, but they still went anyways. The location has its pros and cons. The pros are that it’s close to a subway station and you can take a walk to the Hubu Alley and the riverside. In the spring, the scenery around the hotel is beautiful, it has a lot of roses and other kinds of flowers, attracting many tourists and making it hard to carry the luggage around there. The streets are also not that luggage-friendly so it’s quite a mission to walk to the hotel carrying it. I did have some trouble finding the hotel entrance and had to ask five different people for directions. If you don’t speak Chinese, get your translation app ready. Here’s a tip: you’ve gotta take an elevator to get to the hotel lobby.

The service is first-class. I left my mobile phone charger in the room when I left. The cleaning staff and the front desk helped put it away and delivered it to my home. I would like to express my sincere thanks for causing trouble to the hotel. The front desk was patient and meticulous, and upgraded the room if there was no room available. The hotel has a glorious history, and it is also a hotel dedicated to anti-epidemic medical staff, which has made new contributions. The hotel feels very big but well managed. The hotel is located in the city center and the transportation is very convenient. The facilities in the room are also very complete, the cleaning is very clean, and the cleaning staff provide good service and are very professional.

The room was very clean, offering a beautiful view, and the night view was even more stunning. Kids under 1.4 meters eat breakfast for free, a policy much more generous than many other hotels; previously, at other hotels, I always had to pay for extra meal tickets for my children. From the breakfast area, we had panoramic views of the Yellow Crane Tower, the Yangtze River Bridge, and the Parrot Island Yangtze River Bridge. The hotel is exceptionally close to Hubu Alley, the Yellow Crane Tower, the Yangtze River Bridge, and Zhonghua Road Wharf. The staff thoughtfully provided sightseeing route cards for each attraction in the lobby. Following these cards, I visited the Wuhan Science and Technology Museum, a museum, and the Yellow Crane Tower, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel service was excellent. I was deeply touched when we left; the staff not only provided the optimal route to the high-speed rail station but also drove us to Metro Line 4 at 12 PM, helping us with our luggage the entire way and even giving the children many small snacks. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around, and there are several good restaurants nearby. The rooms are quite spacious and generally quiet at night (though one evening, children in the room above were a bit noisy, perhaps excited by their summer vacation). The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and a special shout-out to Li Baofeng, the bellhop at the west entrance, whose service was absolutely fantastic! Breakfast was decent overall, though I found the variety of hot stir-fried dishes somewhat lacking. A couple of minor suggestions for improvement: 1. The elevators lacked audible signals and directional light indicators, which was a minor inconvenience. 2. The shampoo in the bathroom was of mediocre quality; I hope they consider upgrading to a better brand.

The room is very clean and I am very satisfied. The service attitude is very good. I lost my thermos cup in the hotel, and the front desk manager of the hotel helped me mail it back to Beijing. Thank you very much. The management of Wuhan Hotel is really admirable. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary in *****, and the Lanyunji Hotel gave us so many surprises! When the front desk found out, they quietly placed flower petals in our room (free of charge) and gave us a moisturizing mask to help me look great on camera. We went to Chuhe Hanjie Street to buy anniversary gifts and held a free umbrella with a heart pattern (what a coincidence!), which made for a memorable photo opportunity. The room was spotless, the bathtub was filled with water and sprinkled with roses (which we brought our own), and we watched a romantic movie on the VIP channel and enjoyed free coffee and cake. It was incredibly romantic. The nearby barbecue restaurant was open until the early hours, and after eating, we walked back to the hotel under an umbrella. My partner said it was the most unforgettable anniversary, all thanks to this hotel.

This stay experience is perfect! First of all, the hotel has an excellent location, a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and a large number of food in the surrounding business district, making it very convenient to travel and find food; the room is warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the smart devices are all available, even the night light is full of design sense; the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, not only quickly checking in, but also providing travel guides; the hygiene is impeccable, every corner is spotless, and there is no water accumulation or hair residue in the bathroom. From transportation, facilities to service, and hygiene, the four key conditions all meet the standards with high scores, which is definitely the best choice for business travel and leisure vacation!

A very satisfying stay. You should still book an old star hotel, which has all the services you should have and new styles. The specific feelings are: 1. The environment is awesome, living in the park, there are birds, fish, cats and white rabbits. 2. The window balcony looks out to the lake, which is worth it. 3. Although the equipment and facilities are not new, they are very well maintained, clean and tidy without odor, and there is no dust layer in the corners. 4. The long-lost evening light-on bed-making service, now the new hotel has long gone, and it has to be an old star hotel. 5. The old hotel also has new styles, the butler service makes people feel intimate, and the fruit sent is heartwarming. 6. The hotel restaurant buffet breakfast and à la carte dinner are good. 7. Visiting Chairman Mao’s former residence adds value to the stay, and I learned a lot of little-known stories of great men. The explanation of the guide is vivid and vivid. Finally, I decided to stay at the ”Donghu Hotel” when I go to Wuhan in the future. Finally, a few small suggestions: the water for showering is a bit small and the drainage is a bit slow.
