The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

Service: Suitable for five stars. The front desk girl Luo is very enthusiastic. The lady in the breakfast room and the cleaning lady in the corridor are also warm and friendly. Environment: We seem to have upgraded the room because of points or membership. The 27th floor is a ladies' floor (or I forgot what it was called). In fact, it is not only for girls to stay, but the layout inside is friendly to girls. There are special hygiene products, curling irons 🈶 and Barbie pink robes. The room is very comfortable.

This is our first trip to Wuhan and mainly for visiting relatives who live in Wuhan. Our first impression at Sheraton hotel is good. Started with the bell boy who greet us when we arrived at the hotel and help us with our big luggage. We have left one parcel at the taxi without notice. After we checked in the hotel we then realised that the parcel was left at the taxi. The concierge by the name of Owmen Zhou(周星驰）who is very kind and help us to call the taxi company to locate the taxi driver who drop us at the hotel and informed him to return the parcel to us ASAP and really appreciate his services and kindness. He did extra-miles to ensure we received our parcel on-time. in addition, he also introduced us the exhibition that the hotel have co-joined with the Wuhan museum to show case the impression of Wuhan city which gave us some insight of the Wuhan City. Even the house-keeper who are very kind and did a good job for the room. In general, we have good impression about this hotel and we strongly recommend to our friends who want to stay at Wuhan. Once again, a big thank you to the staffs at Sheraton hotel and make our stay at Sheraton a very pleasant one ! will come back again next time.

The hotel room was general in good condition and I really enjoyed my stay. The location of the hotel couldn't be any better with just less than Three minutes walking distance. The reception personnels are also very helpful and definitely will book the hotel when coming back to Wuhan

This is the first time we came to Wuhan and we received great hospitality from this hotel. The hotel is clean with great amenities and I want specially thanks Miyan Dang and Thomas Tang for helping us to order Mei Tuan. We are both foreigner and basically we cannot order any food via the Mei Tuan app. Thanks to both the Westin staffs for helping us to order our dinner and branch and send up to our room. They even let us extend our room until 2pm instead of normal check out time.

Very nice and good service, located well for my visit. I did think it was odd that you need a room key to use the lobby bathroom, which was actually an issue when I met my friend for tea and he needed to use it, and then again, after I checked out, before I made the long journey to the airport.

I came to Hubei to travel and stayed at this Meilun Hotel for two nights in Wuhan. I was very satisfied. The hotel is not far from the two subway stations of Line 2 and Line 4, and it is very convenient to go to several major attractions in Wuchang. When I checked in, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic to upgrade the room for free. The rooms are large, well equipped and cleaned. The food provided by the hotel breakfast is also rich and tastes good. Because the itinerary was delayed, the check-out was later than the time limit, and the communication with the hotel in advance was also politely allowed. When I left the store, I also used the complimentary coffee coupon to redeem the coffee, which was very warm. Later, Wuhan will choose this hotel.

It is very convenient to send your children to school at the Internet Security Base. The hotel is located inside the Internet Security Base. The hotel facilities are complete, hygienic and tidy. Although there are not many guests, the staff are attentive. We booked a deluxe double room. Since this room type cannot accommodate extra beds, the hotel upgraded us to a deluxe suite for free, which was a great value. In addition, the hotel also provides two free breakfasts. Since there are few hotel guests in the off-season, it is very convenient for the hotel to deliver breakfast to the room. All in all, a great hotel and a great stay experience. I will stay here again next time.
