This is an outstanding hotel, centrally located in Wuhan’s Hankou District, right next to Tongji Hospital. The staff is exceptional—especially Janet, the hotel manager—who is a great resource and went out of her way to ensure a comfortable stay. English is spoken fluently, which made communication seamless. The non-smoking rooms are spotless, modern, and smoke-free—an absolute must for me. I had accidentally double-booked one of my nights, and the staff graciously issued a refund without any hassle. Given the location, service, and overall experience, it would be difficult to find a better value in Wuhan.

Within 500m walking distance to metro station. Hotel is new, and staffs so friendly and helpful, all of them provided very good service. Hotel breakfast is good and many choices, chinese and western options available. Room are spacious and clean. So worth it with this price.
