Wuhan Jianghan District Hotels

Spent our first night in Wuhan at Shuiyunlan, arrived about an hour earlier before checkin and was very glad to have already a room available to checkin. The room was very spacious with enough room for our XL luggage bag and a comfy seating area. Service was good, always ready to help with any queries. The downside was that metro was unfortunately not that near, about 15min walking distance. Also, the entertainment on the TV required a VIP membership to watch most of the movies.

The price is very high! The price is affordable and the room quality is very high. The facilities are complete, the front desk Coco staff is of high quality and the service is thoughtful. The surrounding transportation is convenient and there is no need to worry about traveling. It is comfortable and reassuring to live here. It is an ideal choice for travel! It also provides delayed check-out, which is good.

This hotel is always the safe choice for staying in Hankou. First, The staff is friendly, especially the front desk staff, one of them is Nico, who helped a lot before staying. I have stayed in this hotel for three times so far. furthermore, the facilities are maintained very well. Location is also a good beneficial point if you want to take taxi to anywhere in Hankou. The only thing could be improved for this time, the quality of the breakfast was not that good comparing to those before. That might be it in the temporary place.

Wonderful hotel with top notch service and location! Excellent breakfast and there’s night porridge when we were hungry at night. We enjoyed sitting near the window looking at the river view during our stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very satisfied with the stay, the room is very good, the facilities are very good, and the environment is great. There is free room service on the first floor, delivered by robots, laundry room on the fifth floor, gym on the sixth floor, and porridge for warming the stomach at night on the first floor. All hotel staff are so helpful and friendly The room serves ce to s excellent as well as the facilities. However, the non-smoking policy should be more effective than the current situation. We feel really sorry for the hotel staff to be passive smokers even in the lobby. If this hotel is an entirely non-smoking hotel, it would be so great for us.

I was very pleased with the hotel) The only thing that confused us upon arrival was the request for a deposit of 4,000 yuan, which was not said/written anywhere. We were surprised, but the administrators resolved the matter. For future guests, in order to avoid such situations, it is better to inform the hotel about these conditions in advance. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. This brand new hotel is conveniently located near the Hankou railway station and metro. To my surprise, front desk sent me complementary fruit plate and snacks during my stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Hakou.

Location is great (going down hotel is Jianghan road pedestrian street with many different foods until late nights and Subway is 2 minutes walk. Going out hotel turn left then at T junction you can see the gate to go to subway on the other side of the road. Service is also great and they are all young but very polite and friendly (+5 stars service) although no one can speak English well but they tried to answer me everything by using translation. I especially thank to Lee Yi (李易) who helped to make my plan completely in Wuhan. (Without him, I couldn’t experience the driverless Taxi that I planed too long for this trip) 👌 I recommend it to everyone 👍.
