"There are so many great things to say, but let's start with the location – it's absolutely fantastic! A true oasis of calm amidst the city's hustle and bustle. You're just a 5-minute walk from Hanjiang Road Pedestrian Street, Shuita Snack Street, and Baocheng Road Night Market. Plus, grab a shared bike, and you can reach Shanhaiguan Road for some local breakfast in about ten minutes. Even if you're exhausted, the hotel's breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, offering excellent value for money. The lobby also provides thoughtful refreshment kits, with sweet and refreshing lemon water. You can also pick up bottled water anytime you pass the elevator area. These small gestures and details really warmed our hearts, especially after a long day of travel. What's more, the service is wonderfully friendly and discreet. The staff are always available but never intrusive. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Wuhan. Nice!"

"This is a great hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable, and they even provide complimentary silent earplugs and steam eye masks, ensuring a truly peaceful night's sleep. Despite being located only on the second and third floors, the staff's warm and enthusiastic service made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. The hotel also offers a rich and varied buffet breakfast and a variety of leisure facilities, all of which contributed to a very relaxing stay. Overall, it's excellent and highly recommended!"

"The good place . However, the hotel needs to create a map in English from the subway station to the hotel. Because map apps in English (like Google Map) will not work well or have large location errors in China."

"The hotel boasts a superb location on Jianghan Road, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and visiting attractions. We were traveling with elderly family members and children, and upon arrival, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which made things a bit less convenient than usual. However, we received a complimentary room upgrade that far exceeded our expectations. The front desk had warned us about potential noise from the renovations, but we didn't hear a thing during our three-day stay."

"This hotel has excellent service. They provided everything they needed, from small rubber bands to small clips. The crystal chandelier was incredibly beautiful. It's also close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. We were picked up at the airport and it only took 15 minutes to get there. The driver even helped carry our luggage."

"This was our first summer family trip to Wuhan, and we chose Atour Hotel Wuhan Gaokong. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered excellent views. The location is incredibly convenient – stepping out of the hotel feels like entering paradise! Situated right in the heart of Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street's core commercial district, it's a huge bonus for families with kids. If the kids got tired from walking, we could easily pop back up to the room for a rest and recharge before heading out again. Milk tea, snacks, local specialties – everything was just steps away, and we didn't have to worry about transportation at all. Being right next to Jianghan Road Metro Station also made it super convenient for visiting attractions like Yellow Crane Tower and Hubei Provincial Museum, or even crossing the river to Hankou River Beach and taking a ferry. From our room, we could overlook the vibrant streetscape of Jianghan Road and the distant, shimmering river. The city was bustling with traffic during the day and lit up spectacularly at night. This high-rise vantage point offered the kids a more comprehensive understanding of the city's layout and vibrancy, which was a nice little educational bonus. The 'Zhuju' (Bamboo Dwelling) in the hotel lobby was a wonderful spot to relax. During our downtime, we could bring the kids there for some quiet reading. A special thank you goes to the front desk staff who helped us with everything so clearly and efficiently. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Wuhan!"

"It was a pleasant enough stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The food and customer service was also good. I was only there for one night. I probably wouldn't stay there for a single night stay again, but maybe for a longer period of time."

"A very satisfying stay. You should still book an old star hotel, which has all the services you should have and new styles. The specific feelings are: 1. The environment is awesome, living in the park, there are birds, fish, cats and white rabbits. 2. The window balcony looks out to the lake, which is worth it. 3. Although the equipment and facilities are not new, they are very well maintained, clean and tidy without odor, and there is no dust layer in the corners. 4. The long-lost evening light-on bed-making service, now the new hotel has long gone, and it has to be an old star hotel. 5. The old hotel also has new styles, the butler service makes people feel intimate, and the fruit sent is heartwarming. 6. The hotel restaurant buffet breakfast and à la carte dinner are good. 7. Visiting Chairman Mao’s former residence adds value to the stay, and I learned a lot of little-known stories of great men. The explanation of the guide is vivid and vivid. Finally, I decided to stay at the ”Donghu Hotel” when I go to Wuhan in the future. Finally, a few small suggestions: the water for showering is a bit small and the drainage is a bit slow."

"Excellent hotel. From the check in moment; we loved everything about this hotel. Wonderful front reception team. The room is super bright & clean. Was nice to be able to wash & dry our clothes at ease. The amazing station drop off service is very much appreciated. It was raining hard… the driver made an exception to pick us up from the garage & dropped us off safely. We thank you so much for the kindness and the professionalism of the driver.
