The service staff are all so friendly, it really makes a difference to your stay when staff greet you with a hello and a smile, I always appreciate the welcome that many other hotels never seem to do. I also love the view on the top floor where the restaurant is, I looked forward to it everyday when I went up for breakfast. I also left my jacket in the wardrobe of my room and the staff kindly sent it back to me at my home address within a week, Thank you so much!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The receptionist lady was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit—always ready with suggestions, directions, and assistance whenever i needed anything. She truly went above and beyond.
The bed was large and very comfortable.
The hotel’s location in the heart of the city made exploring super convenient. Plenty of food options and scenic spots are just a short walk away.
Would absolutely recommend staying here, especially thanks to the warm and attentive service that made us feel at home.

Hotel's located within walking distance to the famous Yellow Crane Tower and HuBu Alley, both top rated tourist destination of Wuhan city.
Also, its breakfast area's located at the penthouse, with a fascinating view of the river and the tower, so no matter what room you booked, will still get a chance to have a glimpse and take picture of the surrounding scenery.

Can’t beat the location! Easy access to sites, metro and food! The family room is very big with toys for small children. Would definitely stay here again.

Kailaixi is a decent hotel, but it feels extremely dated and in need of a major renovation. Our rooms was very large and spacious, but the lighting made it seem a bit gloomy. The staff seemed inconvenienced when we asked them to help us hail a cab, so that was disappointing. While this hotel is in a very central location, we had a better experience at Amix hotel, just a few minutes away. I’d rate Kailaixi 2 out of five stars.

The rooms were either too small or too noisy. We chose a small room.
The location near the food street and within walking distance to the yellow crane tower was very convenient.
Service just average.
Breakfast was modest. The coffee terrible.

The location is quite strategic to yellow crane tower and tan hua lin. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel and mini market as well, made it convenience to find food.
