酒店房間內設計時尚，簡潔，房間非常整潔。酒店位置非常好，離幾個著名景點都挺近的附近就有月湖.歸元禪寺、晴川閣、離黃鶴樓也不遠這裏交通方便.，店家的服務態度還特別好，特別熱情。是一次很好的入住體驗。

設施：停車場位置很多，電梯能上一樓前台。空調製冷效果差，大半夜熱醒，還非常吵，以為有老鼠，沐浴間堵得厲害，不想折騰就算了。
衞生：阿姨的工作很認真負責，所以衞生很好。該有的都有，第二天阿姨也補充了。
環境：除了樓層高，毫無視野，與房間名稱相對應算是符合的詞衹有俯瞰，其他就麼得了，下面一大塊工地，花了攜程權益升級的房型其實就是沒升，因為點評裏面的特惠房就是我這房，特惠房比我這房便宜了幾十元，然後酒店客服一直説幫我的觀景房升級了，説別人特惠房不是我這個房間樣子，合計就是我訂的觀景房升級後等於別人的特惠房，別跟我説什麼因為別人特惠房看房間緊張程度安排，不是我不想換酒店，而是我不想折騰，已經玩了兩個禮拜玩到武漢的很累。我每個月出去玩兩個多禮拜，這幾年玩了半個中國，一個低於4分的評價都沒有，因為別人房型照片和實物相符，衞生和設施啥的我是看價格和地理位置作評論，玩了兩趟西藏條件夠差了，幾百元也有比招待所差，但是人家條件擺在那，實物和照片一模一樣，真實。
服務：服務不專業，先來後到的禮貌總得懂，前面的男人即使已經來過後折返，但是我們已經在等很久，要麼你們告訴我他剛已經來過了能不能先幫他們把事情解決了，要麼就先幫我辦理入住，那個男客人不懂禮貌，你們應該懂，他不跟我説一句我剛來過不好意思，你們也應該説，而不是誰沖過來一頓説就幫誰辦理，也沒想過跟我們講一句抱歉稍等一下。武漢是大城市，禮多人不怪用在什麼行業都不為過。
