在漢庭，最印象深刻的就是他們的洗衣間了，那天，下大雨，衣服都濕透了[流淚]，鞋子也濕了，身上都是水，剛進漢庭大廳，前台的小姐姐立馬給我遞上了紙巾，讓我擦拭臉上頭上的雨水。並且熱情地説，我們店裡面有烘乾機和洗衣機，在2H樓，您可以把衣服帶過去洗洗，，並且她還説道，如果您的衣服烘乾以後需要熨燙晾曬，需要衣架，隨時致電前台，我們很開心為您服務！漢庭真好！

漢庭還是那個漢庭，但是裝修就完全不一樣了，全新裝修，環境優雅，裝修的風格比較簡單大方，看着就很舒服，個人感覺各方面都還是很棒，房間住着很舒服，很乾凈很整潔，隔音效果還可以，早餐在一樓吃的自助餐，味道贊，下次還會再住漢庭。

我經常出差，一般都住漢庭，因為漢庭對我來説真的是很熟悉，漢庭裝修簡潔大方，前台服務也很熱情，關鍵是價格比較實惠，早餐是我喜歡的自助餐，關鍵是這家漢庭交通便利，離地鐵二號線光谷廣場站很快，門口就是公交站，吃飯到步行街美食城，晨跑到東湖綠道，很贊👍🏻像我們一般出差都住好多天，然後在這邊洗衣服有洗衣機，然後如果遇到下雨天有烘乾機用，衣服皺了也可以熨燙一下，關鍵服務態度超好，以後還會繼續住漢庭。

挺方便的，離地鐵站大概1.5公里，離東湖也很近，算是鬧中取靜的好地方，還有自助辦理入住的設備，可以自助入住。裏面一個搞清潔的大媽很友善，幫我辦理自助入住（開始我戴着眼鏡始終無法認證成功，它告訴我要摘下眼鏡）。確實很難得。

房間乾淨整潔，前台服務很熱情，安排了一間靠內側比較安靜的房間。酒店離光谷廣場一公里左右，門口有公交站，交通很方便，總體體驗很滿意

住店第一個差評送給你們，在攜程定的有早餐，去了前台告訴我沒有早餐，讓我自己跟攜程對接，明明是酒店和攜程沒有對接好，把顧客推出去對接他們的矛盾，簡直踢皮球第一人，前台那個女的態度極差！非常不耐煩！最後吵了一架，氣**了！大家避雷這家酒店！有這樣的前台真是會倒閉！隔音也巨差無比，半夜12點各種吵鬧根本睡不了！
