The service is excellent, cleanliness is top-notch, and the staff are very cooperative. The hotel's location is strategic and close to the metro station, and the breakfast is both delicious and varied. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff and excellent service, especially by Emma Shi, a young cheerful frontdesk girl. Thanks.
Located in the Optics Valley and convenient for business travellers in this area, but somehow far to the downtown in Wuhan. Walking distance to a shopping and dining area. Clean and nice hotel.
Difficult to get a normal taxi, but much easier if you take DiDi cab.

A bug crawled into the bag
After washing my hair, I used the hotel's cotton swab to clean my ears. One end of the cotton swab remained in my ear. After a long time, the waiter brought an ear pick, but it didn't come out. I ordered a takeaway ear pick set to get it out. The hotel was very indifferent. I asked if there was a clinic nearby that could solve it, but they didn't know. The quality of the hotel's cotton swab was too poor
The room was relatively small, and there was no place to put things
There were no slippers for taking a shower, so I had to go barefoot🦶

Booked a king-size bed room. Upgraded to a suite, and the stay was good. The breakfast was good. Worth the price. Very cost-effective. The front desk staff was also good and polite.
