On the day of check-in, I made many calls to the front desk, but no one answered you. Ask the front desk and say that I didn't hear the phone ring! The shoes were left in the room, and no one came to contact them. I told the front desk to look for them, but there was no reply so far. I asked the waiter afterwards and said they lost them! The air conditioner was very noisy, so I told the waiter and replied that I asked the engineering depar**ent to come and see it as soon as I got to work. I stayed here for 10 days, and no one cared about it until I left the store! This should be the worst Atour to live in!

It was very noisy from 12:00 to 4:00 in the middle of the night. I called the front desk twice and couldn't solve it. Then I called back and said it was solved, but no one solved it. I didn't expect Atour to do the same. Maybe my idea was wrong.

The check-in experience was very poor, the front desk was inefficient and the service was average.

The worst Atour hotel I have ever stayed in. Not good in every aspect.

I just want to say that there is no soundproofing in this hotel. You can clearly hear the sounds of other people using water, talking, etc. As a candidate, I really cried yesterday.

幾木雙床房，兩張兩米的大床簡直太舒服了，辦理入住看我們帶了孩子還送了歡迎小零食，必須贊一個，下次來武漢還會考慮入住這裏

環境很好 前台服務態度也很好 房間配置很好 床睡的很舒服

小孩在關山中學考研，學校在高架下，附近酒店出行不方便，所以選擇“亞朵酒店”。酒店地理住置在主幹道上，有方便的地上、地下停車位，房間設定温馨、設施合理，特別是早餐品種很好！原本房間不含早的，大堂“落日飛行”服務員送了幾天免費早餐，證我們感覺服務上檔次！是一次不錯的入住。

前台服務周到，免費升級成商務房。房間裝修簡約精緻，早餐也很豐富，但是忘了拍照。後續有機會到武漢一定會繼續入住。
