On the first night of my stay, when I was about to go to sleep, I saw a small bug that looked like a tick crawling on my pillow. I checked online and found that this bug would bite people, so I called the front desk to ask for a solution. The staff said they could only help change the sheets, and then a male staff member came up. I was a girl living alone. The next day, I woke up and found several red spots on my hands. I don’t have any skin diseases, so it must be insect bites. When I changed the sheets, I emphasized to the staff that this bug bites people, but there was no response. Only the next day did a staff member call to ask if I needed to change rooms. I personally think that your hotel should solve problems in a timely manner. Delays in solving problems will cause guests a lot of unnecessary troubles!

The worst business travel experience in history, and also the worst Atour experience in history. First, on the booking page, it was not indicated that the king-size room type only had the first and last rooms; second, there was no phone call to confirm the arrival and accommodation needs before check-in; third, this situation was not informed until arrival at the store, and if you did not accept it, you could only pay extra to upgrade the room type, but they did not tell you that you did not need to pay extra or stay in the first and last rooms if you changed to a twin room; fourth, it was fine to pay extra, but they actually asked us to buy two membership cards each! Those who know know, it's just forced buying and selling. Are membership cards and room type upgrades the same thing, and they didn't show us how the bill was calculated. Fifth, there were stains on the sheets for two nights. The shower was difficult to use and it was hot and cold. In short, avoid this store. It's not worthy of S at all.
