I recommend this hotel. The location is convenient, walking distance to many malls. The hotel is very clean and new. The interior is also very chic. We got an upgrade to our room upon arrival (thank you) and the front desk staff are very helpful! I like the lobby which is spacious and bright. I also use their gym (v clean again) and it’s perfect for a short simple workout! Would come back if I visit Wuhan again!

Overall perfect, great location with great views, great food nearby, near Dream Plaza, largest shopping mall in Wuhan. Almost had no flaws.

設施還不錯，住的很舒服，小度智能音箱直接語音控制，滿足了我的懶勁。小朋友和大朋友都覺得床墊和枕頭特舒服，緩解一天的疲勞特別棒👍🏻

第一天入住晚上準備睡的時候就看到枕頭上爬着一衹好像蜱蟲的小蟲，上網查了下這個蟲是會咬人的，然後給前台打電話詢問解決方案，工作人員説衹能幫忙換床單，然後上來了一個男工作人員，本人是女生一個人住。第二天起床發現手上出現了幾個紅點，本人無任何皮膚疾病所以必然是蟲子咬的，當時換床單的時候也跟工作人員強調了這個蟲子是咬人的，也沒有換來什麼迴應，第二天才有工作人員打來電話問需不需要換房間，個人認為貴酒店應該有問題及時解決，解決問題滯後性會給客人帶來很多不必要的煩惱！

史上最差的商旅體驗，也是史上最差的亞朵體驗。首先在預訂頁面，未提示大床房型衹有首尾房；第二，入住前也沒有再次電話確認到店情況和住宿需求；第三，到店才告知這個情況，不接受就衹能加錢升房型，但沒有告知換成雙床房既不用加錢也不用住頭尾房；第四，加錢就算了，居然是讓我們各買了兩張會員卡！懂得都懂，就是強買強賣。會員卡跟升房型是一件事嗎，而且怎麼算的帳也沒給看。第五，有兩天晚上，床單都是有污漬的。花灑難用，忽冷忽熱。總之，避雷這家店。根本配不上s。
