It wasn’t until the traffic police found the driver that caused the accident that I learned that the person directing the car to reverse in the video was the hotel security guard. The security guard witnessed the entire incident but acted as if it had not happened. Concealing the facts and not informing hotel residents, this kind of service attitude is really chilling
