the hotel was cozy, and clean. the service was good, and hotel was located in walking distance from the metro station. its super close to the city center, but still convenient for most locations

This was my third stay at Kamil and l think the hotel standards have dropped. The room was not clean all compared to the previous stays l had. There was rust and stains on the floor. Also the bathroom glass had some gross stains. Its a nice hotel but they should address these issues.

Nice and clean environment. Buffet breakfast is having various choice. Staffs are attentive and helpful.

我辦理入住的時候專門看了下健身房的時間：7-23。
然後我九點過去的時候，裏面燈已經熄了，這個時候前台（男）過來給我説，健身房關門了，你自己看上面。我就納悶了，不是寫的23點嗎？是我眼睛花了嗎？這個時候走來一個老頭（60歲）左右，負責關燈的，説：這個23點指的是早上11點，不是晚上11點。
這是你們精神科室的時間嗎？
我説：可是這確確實實是晚上11點啊！
老頭：現在政策改了。
我：哪門子的政策？我就想練一下，我惹着誰了？
（這個時候我覺得自己是卡夫卡筆下的K，一切的荒誕，一切到不了的……健身房）
最後前台（男）説，你不能早上來嗎？你非要晚上來嗎？
我：……（您是我媽嗎？）
“不好意思，因為我見了客户，所以晚上才有時間。”
他最後非常不情不願地説：你練哪裡？
我：練背。
練多久？
40分鐘。（您不僅要當我媽還要當我健身教練）
最後他非常不情不願讓老頭給我開燈，老頭也不好惹的對前台蝻説：客人投訴怪你哦！
前台蝻指着我説：客人投訴你就離開，聽到了嗎？
嗯嗯，聽到了。一切錯都是我，I don't belong here.
讓我下地獄吧。

環境 位置都挺好的 設施也挺齊全 選了2.4米的大床，原以為是訂製一體的，結果是兩個拼的，不過床墊還是挺舒適的 配套床寬度的大被子可以 各方面都好評

五一期間住了兩個房型，整體來説房間不錯，設施齊全，也比較乾淨。普通大床房的洗手間面積挺大。酒店位置在楊家灣，緊靠虎泉、華師，臨近地鐵站，周邊交通便利，吃東西也方便。
服務上，比較滿意的是在樓層服務的那位女士，耐心親切。如果沒有她，經歷了不專業的前台，半夜按錯門鈴的服務生，這次會在服務方面大扣分。
蘋果手機電視投屏，需要請服務員來另裝Wi-Fi。
酒店其實整體是挺安靜的，但也遭不住周邊有鬧騰的鄰居，整體來説房間隔音還是一般。
