A moderate review. The hotel has a parking lot, but it is rather run-down and shared with other shopping malls, not exclusively for the hotel. That's all fine. The problem is that when I checked in on the first night, I discovered that there was not enough shampoo. There wasn't even enough for one person. Is this a cleaning issue or a hotel management issue? Second, this hotel, which costs nearly 310 yuan per night, does not have bathrobes. When I checked out, the front desk staff said that bathrobes were only provided in rooms with bathtubs. However, all the hotels I stayed in before, whether more expensive or cheaper than this one, had bathrobes, and I did not need to call to request them. The hygiene is OK, the cleaning staff cleaned very well, our belongings were not touched, the front desk and breakfast services were very good, but I think you can stay in a better hotel in Wuhan for the same price.
