Had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Was a repeated visit as I was awed by the great location, clean rooms and nice artistic ambience. My friend accidentally left a box of fine chocolates in the fridge and also left behind her pyjamas shorts. The front desk was kind enough to retrieve and packed it properly for her to send a delivery guy to pick it up. Kudos to the excellent service delivery from the hotel crew. Everything was just impeccable!

This hotel is the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. I came here to check in as an ordinary hotel, but as soon as I entered the door, I saw Xiaoxue from the front desk coming to greet me.
