My experience at this hotel was not what I expected. I came to Wuhan to travel and as a foreigner the hotel did not register me properly when I checked in. This caused tons of trouble for me since my health code was not allowing me to travel around Wuhan trouble free. If they don’t know how to accept foreigners then they should not have! Very unprofessional and unfortunate to experience. I won’t be returning to this hotel again.

飯店位置好，離户部巷、武昌江灘及遊輪碼頭、黃鶴樓都非常近，步行能到。早餐不錯，但因為要在户部巷體味江城武漢的煙火味，就沒在飯店用餐。

服務熱情，體貼，有什麼需求，酒店都會滿足，入住舒服！去中華路1號渡口步行5分鐘，中華路1號渡口可以去武漢關渡口，去黃鶴樓西門步行10分鐘，酒店旁邊就是毛澤東故居，斜對面是户部巷，離地鐵5號線也不遠，入住體驗佳！

酒店位置很好，離中華一號碼頭直行50米，離司門口黃鶴樓C出口500米左右，糧道街，户部巷都在旁邊，酒店工作人員很熱情，有給小朋友友送小童洗漱用品，一樓有自助早餐，有機器人送外賣，衞生乾淨，退房還有送小禮品哦。很滿意👍下次來武漢還住這裏。

酒店的地理位置超級好！！！出門citywalk一下就可以走到黃鶴樓，出門就是户部巷，這兩天在武漢被桔子酒店的工作人員照顧的很開心！！免費升房人文關懷拉滿，最後離店還送了伴手禮，裝了小零食，完美解決回來火車路上沒來得及吃飯餓肚子的問題，下次去武漢還要住！！！下次再見啦桔子酒店！

酒店服務質量好，環境優美，早餐供應充足，空調很給力，每一個用品都是桔子香味，牙膏洗手液和沐浴露無不散發桔子的清香，自動窗簾很有氛圍，房間敞亮，居住體驗感好。

很不錯的一次入住體驗，前台小姐姐很熱情，幫我們免費升級了房間，房間很乾凈，設施也挺新，前台還準備了桔子和小零食，退房的時候還有小禮品，細節到位，哪哪都和桔子相呼應，第一次評價給到這裏👍👍👍

位置很靠近户部巷，距離碼頭也近，晚上出行很方便，訂的是雙人房，小姐姐很熱情幫忙升級了房間，贈送了旅遊攻略，很貼心安排住在二樓靠近窗的，預訂了兩天，贈送的早餐也很不錯，有武漢特色的熱乾麪，房間隔音很好，就是燈光有點暗，下次來這邊玩還是會考慮入住。
