很滿意，酒店環境很好，早餐也不錯。 酒店工作人員都很熱情，尤其點贊前台。還有一位電梯偶遇上早班的打掃衞生阿姨，笑盈盈的問吃的怎麼樣，住的怎麼樣，就像在家一樣舒適温暖。 下次出行，還選星程。

去年送孩子上學，住到了星程，服務態度非常好，特別是那碗好吃的麪，今年又來了，連住三天，房間乾淨，服務態度一如既往的好，環境特別安靜，還有那碗麪，下次來武漢，還要住在星程

非常好，很推薦，早餐種類豐富，不限量，還有洗衣房直接可以烘乾衣服，保潔阿姨性格好，每天都搞衞生，使室內保持整潔，前台服務態度也很好，有問題立即就解決了！！！好評🤓🤓

到酒店已經23點了，我自己沒注意訂的是內窗的房間，前台很貼心的幫忙換了一個帶外窗的房間。
第二次入住星程品牌酒店，第一次就覺得很不錯，這次也沒有讓我失望。房間內部裝飾簡介，設施設計合理，使用方便，水壓很大，空調很製冷。
早餐的熱乾麪很好吃，也許是比較符合我的口味吧，哈哈😄（實際熱乾麪麪比較幹，他家我覺得偏向於拌麪）
下次再來這邊，還是選擇他家

星程酒店的入住體驗非常棒！從進入大堂開始，員工的熱情服務就讓人感到賓至如歸。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，確保了良好的睡眠質量。早餐種類豐富，口味不錯。特別要提到的是，前台和客房服務人員態度非常好，隨時準備幫助客人解決問題。位置也很方便，靠近地鐵站，出行便捷。還去武漢有名景點黃鶴樓旅遊打卡。棒棒噠！

前台的帥哥美女太熱情了，過來旅遊的，辦理入住時，前台專門給我送上了冰水降暑，還幫忙提前打開了房間空調，一進房間就覺得很涼快，外邊還有地下停車場供住客免費停車，出行真的很方便，出門旅遊首選，旁邊還有一條小吃街，晚上出去吃點燒烤很愜意。

酒店的地理位置非常便利，房間乾淨整齊，入住前還跟我房間提前開了空調，感覺很好很涼爽，周圍有很多商店和餐館可以選擇。出門左邊有火鍋店，味道也不錯，而且交通也很方便，早餐有好吃麪條忘了拍，餐廳門口有宣傳片隨手拍了張，附近有地鐵站和公交站。這對遊客來説非常方便，前台服務也很貼心❤，還贈送我一個吉祥如意鑰匙扣和小扇子，下次再來。

我是來在附近學校參加考試的，前台接待人美心善，我不是要拖鞋就是要棉簽，前台都服務態度非常好，完美解決。酒店環境很安靜，裝修很新，還有配套的洗衣房，很棒。言而總之，這次的住宿體驗讓我感到十分滿意。
